Whether you want to practice conversation, study grammar and vocabulary, learn with your own materials, or take a lesson with a friend, you can find an option that works for you below.
Lessons are available in 30, 45, and 60-minute sessions.
🗣️ Conversation Practice — Video
Practice speaking Japanese face-to-face in a relaxed online conversation.
This lesson is perfect if you want to speak more Japanese, build confidence, and get used to having natural conversations. We can talk about everyday life, hobbies, travel, Japan, or any topic you’re interested in.
I can help you with natural expressions, pronunciation, vocabulary, and corrections during the conversation.

🎧 Conversation Practice — Audio Only
Practice speaking Japanese without using a camera — just like having a relaxed phone conversation.
This lesson is a great option if you want to focus on listening and speaking without relying on facial expressions or visual cues. It can also help you become more comfortable understanding Japanese in real-life situations where you can’t always see the person you’re talking to.
Of course, you’re also welcome to choose audio-only simply because you feel more comfortable without a camera.

👥 Group Conversation Lesson — Bring a Friend
Learn Japanese together with a friend, partner, or family member in a relaxed conversation lesson.
This lesson is for two learners, so you can practice Japanese together while enjoying natural conversation. I’ll adjust the lesson to your levels and interests so both of you have plenty of opportunities to speak.

📚 Grammar & Vocabulary Lesson — Children Are Welcome
Build a stronger foundation in Japanese with lessons focused on grammar and vocabulary.
We can work on grammar you find difficult, learn new vocabulary, practice making sentences, and use what you learn in conversation. I’ll adjust the lesson to your level and explain things in a simple and easy-to-understand way.
Children are welcome, too. Lessons can be adjusted to suit the learner’s age, level, and pace.

✨ Study with Your Own Materials
Do you already have a Japanese textbook, workbook, or other study materials you’d like to use?
In this lesson, you can bring your own materials and we can study them together. You can ask questions about things you don’t understand, practice what you’re currently learning, or focus on specific areas where you need extra help.
The lesson can be adjusted to your level, goals, and the materials you’re using.
Recommended for:
- Learners who are already studying with a textbook or other materials
- Anyone who has questions about something they’re currently learning
- Learners who want extra help with their own Japanese studies
- Anyone who wants to study at their own pace using familiar materials

Please let me know what materials you would like to use and what you would like to work on during the lesson. Please send me the relevant pages or materials in advance so I can review them before the lesson.

This is a chance for us to meet, talk about your Japanese level and learning goals, and discuss what kind of lesson would work best for you. We can also spend some time speaking Japanese together so you can get a feel for my lessons.

Trial lessons are available for first-time students only.

How to Book & Payment
To book a lesson, please contact me by email, DM, or through the contact form.
When you contact me, please let me know:
- which lesson you’re interested in
- your preferred lesson length
- your preferred dates and times
- your current Japanese level and learning goals, if relevant
Lessons are held online via Zoom or Google Meet.
Payment
Payment can be made via Wise or PayPal.
All lessons must be paid for in advance. Once we confirm the lesson details and schedule, I’ll send you the payment information.
Any transaction or transfer fees are the responsibility of the student. Please make sure that the full lesson fee is received after any applicable fees.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, please let me know at least 12 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the lesson will be considered a completed lesson and are non-refundable.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, the lesson will be considered completed and will be non-refundable.
No-shows will also be considered completed lessons and are non-refundable.
If I Need to Cancel
If I need to cancel a lesson due to an emergency or unavoidable circumstances, the cancellation policy above will not apply. I will contact you and arrange a new date and time for your lesson.
